Today is Christmas! Nicholas first one. We have a fully decorated tree, some lights on a tree and on the floor at the front porch. Trying to be as Christmasy as I can.
I've got a 10 pound rib roast in the oven, chicken noodle vegetable soup on the stove, soy sauce chicken and cinnamon rolls all on the island counter. Mom came over with some steam chinese rice cake pudding treats. My brother is coming over with some crabs and stuff in a bit. This is one of the most celebrated Christmas days since a long time.
The season brings back memories of Dad and Grandma.
