30 days...one month left

Well well well...coming to the home stretch of my 3rd and final pregnancy. June 21st is the due date, but I doubt it will actually be. Going to be fun to have a new member to our family, going to be fun to play and attend to a newborn again. I so enjoyed my previous two pregnancies and 'new mother' stages, it came and went so fast that I don't really remember much detail about it.

Baby is very active, lots of moving abouts inside and lots of discomfort on my part. But I do love every bit of it. Names have been fun to choose...for a little girl, I've decided on Kathryn. For a little boy...Ivan or Ethan...not sure what I am leaning towards yet. Either way, I am very excited and can't wait to see this little bundle of joy make its great debut in the next month.

Much has happen since the last post. On April 5th, I was contacted by Julie Gutwein, she is the real estate agent that has been hunting down houses for me to view for the past 3 years!! Should of had her sold my current house back in 2006, would of make a bundle of cash! House was built in 2002 and I moved in here in early 2003. Lovely and grand is what I can say about this house, but very hard to maintain and upkeep, especially with two young children and a 3rd one on the way. The 70tairs alone are giving me nightmares! Julie called me that morning and asked if I was still interested in a house that I saw earlier this year..back in January. She said the house was listed for $315K in January and suddenly dropped to $230K this morning. That afternoon, we looked at it, and made an offer on it the next morning. A few hours later on Tuesday (after the placing the offer) Julie told me my offer was accepted. After getting things approved and documents in order, on May 5th, we closed the house and I got the key later that evening. So now I have two houses!!

Harold Monroe is painting the house...11 colors!! Kitchen has an accent wall that is RED DELICIOUS, which is also the color of the half wall in the center of the house. The 'dining nook' and garage is in SOOTHING GREEN TEA. Audrey's room is VERY VIOLET and PINK. Nicholas has SWEET BABY BLUE and PISTACHIO ICE CREAM GREEN. Master room is CREAMY MOCHA with a AMETHYST PURPLE accent wall. Powder room is AGED TEAK (dark brown) along with the back wall of three display niches. The rest of the walls are VENETIAN STUCCO (yellow goldish) and all the trims and ceiling are CRISP LINEN WHITE. VERY excited to see the finished product!

Time to cook my midnite meal...
